Overall experience was awesome! I got my eyebrow pierced and Rafael was the sweetest and the most positive piercer I have ever had in my life. The vibe is positive and the people there are really willing to help you find the right jewelry and right position for your piercing. Everybody there will give you a good time and this is your go-to place! Will surely gonna get my tattoo there as well!

This place is amazing, first tat or 100th they’ll make you feel right at home! I asked *mariana* I think was her name, she actually didn’t speak English but her tattoo ability will put her in a magazine one day. I asked her for a very basic tattoo on my hand and three hours later I have an absolute masterpiece that I could’ve never created myself. She really went absolutely INSANE. the whole gang here is really great!

Javi is the friendliest and most gentle piercer I’ve ever worked with. I did 4 cartilage piercings in one setting and barely felt a thing. He told me what he was doing every step of the way and also asked permission every time he needed to touch me (personally unnecessary, but I understand why and I think it’s great). I’m more nervous around new people than I am about getting pierced, but his calm, friendly voice made me more comfortable. I will definitely schedule future appointments with him :)

My fiancé and I both got nostril piercings today and had an amazing experience! Every team member we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Loved getting to look at the display case with all the jewelry options while getting a professional opinion on what would be best for us durning the healing process. We both had our piercings done by Hooks and I couldn’t recommend her more! Made both of us feel comfortable and confident. Great conversation and laughs, and the actual piercing was smooth and as comfortable as a piercing can be! Will absolutely be requesting Hooks next time and I suggest everyone else do the same!
